What you get:
- Customized Macros - daily protein, fat, and carb grams based on you and your lifestyle. I will not tell you exactly what to eat each day, however, I will help you with a sample meal plan and make food and supplement suggestions based on your overall health and goals. I will help address any food/gut sensitivities and make diet recommendations to the best of my abilities throughout the 8 weeks.
