Healing That Holds Class Registration

What We’ll Cover

This class is designed to move at a pace that allows understanding, integration, and consistency — without overwhelm.

Week 1 — Foundations First: Why Nutrition Feels Overwhelming

We start by addressing why nutrition feels confusing and overwhelming — and why that’s not a personal failure.

You’ll learn how foundational nutrition supports cellular health and why starting with the basics creates more progress than trying to change everything at once.

Week 2 — Protein, Fats, & Carbs: Building Stability

This week focuses on how protein, fats, and carbohydrates support energy, digestion, hormones, and overall stability — without tracking, macro counting, or rigid rules.

The goal is understanding why these nutrients matter so food feels supportive instead of stressful.

Week 3 — Hydration & Balanced Meals for Real Life

You’ll learn how hydration and electrolytes support basic body function, and how to build balanced meals using simple visual guides instead of perfection or tracking.

This week is about making nutrition feel doable in everyday life.

Week 4 — What Can Wait: Consistency Without Burnout

In our final week, we’ll talk about what doesn’t need to be prioritized right now — including ingredient perfection and food rules — and why doing less can actually lead to more consistency.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of how to move forward without swinging between extremes.
