How I Work
We begin with assessment and stabilization.
That may include looking at:
Foundational nutrition
Stress load and nervous system capacity
Sleep and lifestyle patterns
Patterns behind migraines, mold exposure, histamine issues, or gut-brain symptoms (where they apply).
My training includes certification as a Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist (FBCS) and advanced study in functional mental health (FMHP) with Brendan Vermeir. I’ve focused extensively on migraines, mold-related illness, and the gut-brain connection — both academically and through lived experience.
But training alone isn’t what creates results.
Sequencing does.
We build in layers — expanding only when the foundation is steady.

1:1 coaching is $600 per month.
We begin with a 3-month commitment.
(Balancing the body takes more than 3 months, but the minimum commitment is 3 months.)
